Originally commissioned in the 1920’s, the building was not actually built until 1941. It served as the Council Chambers for Redcliffe until fairly recently when it underwent major refurbishment and was  recommissioned as offices for Wallace Davies.

Wallace Davies was founded by Peter Wallace who was brought up in Redcliffe.  The practice started in 1956 as Trilby Misso, Redcliffe. Peter, after his articles at Trilby Misso, was admitted as a solicitor in 1979.  He acquired the practice in 2004  and remains the driving force behind the firm today.
