Letters of Administration

If someone dies without leaving a valid Will, then Letters of Administration is generally required to determine who can legally administer the estate (be appointed as Administrator/s).

This often can be a complex process, at a stressful time.  Like Probate, documents are required to be filed in the Supreme Court so that the Court may decide the right person to administer the estate.
