A dedicated advocate of lifelong learning who truly enjoys a challenge, Kristie has studied in Australia, Singapore, USA and UK. She completed her law degree with honours at Monash University in Melbourne and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a solicitor.
Kristie has gained valuable experience working at some of top firms in Singapore, Gympie and Gladstone across diverse areas such as criminal law, domestic violence and child protection.
Kristie chose to specialise in criminal law because she believes that everyone deserves proper representation and a second chance. Confronting the issues in those fields has also taught her to look for the best in people, no matter what disadvantages they have faced or mistakes they have made.
Kristie believes in providing her clients with an empathetic and trauma-informed environment in which they can freely express themselves in order to receive accurate and sensitive legal advice for their matters.
Kristie has experience working on cases involving assaults, domestic violence offences, drug offences, sex crimes, traffic matters and many more.
Outside of work Kristie enjoys volunteering, travelling and self-improvement. Her areas of interest include psychology, cats and social justice.
