Peter Wallace is the Principal Lawyer at Wallace Davies and Founder of the firm. He is well known in Redcliffe and has received awards from Morton Bay Council and Queensland Legal Aid for his services and contribution to Legal Services in Queensland. Peter has vast experience in all areas of Law in which he practices.

 

 

 

 

Karen Humphreys JP (Qual)

Karen has been a conveyancer for 14 years and over the last 5 years at Wallace Davies has been acting for both private and commercial clients in their property transactions. Karen has wide experience is dealing with both smaller cottage conveyancing matters and also much larger commercial transactions involving sales of multiple occupancy properties valued at up to $1,000,000 .

Karen and her team work closely with our clients to provide a professional, smooth efficient and cost effective service. Karen believes that good communication is the key to efficient coveyancing services and strives to build communicative and trusting personal relationships with all our clients.

 

 

 

 

Andrew Stewart – B.A., LLB(Hons, London), Post Graduate Diploma in Law (Sydney), Solicitor.

Andrew was admitted as a solicitor in the United Kingdom in 1997 and was an Associate at a Chambers 500 directory firm of solicitors.  Andrew initially specialized in Criminal Defence  and general civil litigation until he was invited to take over the Employment Department. He was then invited to take up a post  with the UK Public Defender Service and was Head of two offices in South Wales.  He has extensive Criminal experience in Magistrates Court advocacy and also in conducting more serious cases including fraud, rape and  murder. Andrew believes strongly in defending the rights of the individual.

Emma Kyle BA, LLB, Solicitor

Areas of Practice:

Emma Studied at the University of Otago and Dunedin, New Zealand and was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand before being admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Solicitor.

Emma specializes in Family Law matters and assists clients with residence and contact issues for children, decisions involving families where schooling, health or religion are an issue in addition to Maintainence, Divorce, enforcing Court orders and Child protection. When relationships have broken down and violence is involved Emma assists clients in bringing applications before the Court and also defending them.

Emma is committed to providing a professional service and believes in standing up for those who have difficulties in dealing with the Legal process at stressful and difficult times.
